At Alibi Agencies (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”), we provide exclusive digital lead data and marketing information products. Due to the digital and consumable nature of our services, all sales are strictly final once processed.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Alibiagencies.com are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Once access to leads or data has been delivered — whether by email, download link, CRM integration, or other format — the transaction is considered complete and cannot be reversed.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Purchased lead lists

  • Exclusive or semi-exclusive leads

  • Subscription-based or batch lead deliveries

  • Any data, scripts, templates, or marketing materials provided as part of your purchase

2. Digital Product Nature

Our products consist of digital information that cannot be “returned.” Once leads are transmitted or accessed, ownership and control of that data are effectively transferred to the buyer.
For this reason, refunds, cancellations, or replacements will not be issued under any circumstance, including claims of lead quality, responsiveness, or conversion performance.

We encourage all customers to review product descriptions, pricing, and sample formats before purchasing.

3. Data Accuracy and Performance

While we make every effort to ensure that our data is accurate and compliant, we do not guarantee contact rate, conversion, or sales results.
Lead performance depends on numerous factors outside our control — including timing, targeting, call scripts, compliance, and sales approach.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that results may vary and accept full responsibility for your use of the leads.

4. Fraud Prevention & Chargebacks

All orders are verified to prevent fraudulent purchases.
Because our products are digital and instantly delivered, chargebacks or payment disputes filed after delivery will be considered fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to pursue recovery actions, including collection efforts or legal proceedings, for any chargebacks filed after fulfillment.

5. Delivery Confirmation

Digital leads are considered delivered when:

  • You receive an email confirmation containing the file or access link, or

  • Leads are automatically pushed into your CRM or lead management system.

Delivery confirmations are logged internally for verification.

6. Contact

If you believe you received the wrong order or experienced a technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact our support team within 24 hours of your order:
